Omnex Energy, LLC has an extensive data
base of existing oil fields in North America. A one and a half year study was
conducted to determine how much oil was still in place in known reservoirs.
Identify the formation names and depths, porosities, permeability, formation
type and production histories, completion methods, stimulations and all matters
relating to the reservoirs. This data base includes many Reservoir Engineering
Studies compiled by various Companies that Operated in these fields in many
cases discovered the fields. Omnex was successful in locating and acquiring
studies conducted by Universities in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and
Colorado in years past.
The criteria of the project was to identify fields that have 80%
of more of the original oil in place and evaluate the data to determine if new
technology available today would assist in recovering these valuable but all
but forgotten resources. Many of theses fields have millions of barrels of oil
in place, but due to the API gravity, or lack of Drive or other conditions
considered by most to be unworthy or uneconomical to even attempt to recover
these reserves.
Omnex has acquired several propitiatory mechanical, chemical,
and other processes that represent new technology and is currently testing them
on some these reservoirs. Omnex reviews on a continuing basis the Patent
Offices in several countries for various patents and process related to the Oil
and Gas Industry in an effort to locate and determine the newest and most
promising technology that might assist or enhance oil and gas production in the
identified reservoirs and has several processes in review at this time.
 ADVANTAGES

 The obvious
advantages of these reservoirs are there is no discovery cost, the leases are
for the most part available if not the operators are very willing to let us
test the technology on their wells and agree to enter into a Joint Venture or
Farm Out Agreement with us when the technology is economically successful.
Under these Agreements a full scale development project is designed and
implemented to fully exploit the reservoirs with our technology.
 Many of these
fields are considered to be a blemish or shamed by the State Authorities as the
wells have been long abandoned and left as eye sores to the area. The States
have marked them as 'Orphan" wells and are plugged by the State at the
taxpayer's expense. Many of these wells have some equipment in place and the
State would encourage an Operator to assume the plugging liability from the
State. New leases have to be negotiated with the Landowners, but is not a
problem as most Landowners realize the value of the oil production. The bottom
line is we know where the oil is, we know almost everything there is about the
formation and fields and we are constantly testing new and innovative
technology and will ultimately discover or find a technology to suit many of
these fields to return them to economic production levels. More importantly
Omnex and it's partners have the availability of major financing to implement
these projects subject to all of the typical requirements.
 If you have
technology that has potential for this purpose please email or call us for an
interview. If you are a landowner or Operator please feel free to contact us as
we are always looking for more mineral leases and wells to test.
