that entail the acquisition of several thousand mineral acres and subsequent
development drilling in two states. |

One of the projects involves the stealth
acquisition of pipeline easements and related mineral leases for a 100 well
drilling program by a public company that wishes to remain unnamed for now and
the development of reserves for its Joint Venture clients.
Another project
that will ultimately expand beyond 50,000 acres and the drilling of several
hundred wells, is the result of a lengthy and intense study of a particular
geological area that has not been developed due to industry practices and
age-old thinking regarding "shallow gas" and "tight gas." This area is further
unexploited due to traditional thinking as to the actual drilling
methods—even the drilling equipment, and more importantly the stimulation
and completion techniques that are currently applied to these wells. Extensive
research has given us an edge to better and less expensive drilling, as well as
increased production.
We have developed new and innovative ideas with regard to
drilling and completion including filing for the first Horizontal Drilling
Permit issued by the Texas Railroad Commission in 1985. We have introduced
several new technologies to the industry and have many new and exciting
technologies and services which we review on a continuing basis.
We actively seek
new and economically sound ideas to apply to the oil and gas-related industry
and welcome interested parties to contact us, which includes inventors,
conceptual thinkers, idea people and end users. We can, in most cases, locate a
proper testing method or methods and proper supervision with certified
documentation as well as development financing for these
projects—including the application for patents and in some cases the sale
of these ideas to major industry companies.
